We selected these capers specifically for their medium size, and for their tangy, briny flavor to accompany our seafood—smoked salmon, Dover Sole, European Turbot, and Chilean Sea Bass. They are also a wonderful savory garnish atop a salad or an ingredient in a favorite pasta. BEHIND THE PRODUCT: Capers are the buds of a prickly bush (capparis spinosa) that typically grows in the Mediterranean and Asia. Their intense green color is typical of fruits grown in rocky areas.
