Butternut Maple Sugar Candy Box 4.5 oz

Early Settlers in the new world learned from the Native American Indians how to make Maple sugar from Maple sap, and soon developed ways to product enough for their own needs as well as some to barter or sell. One of the earliest forms of Maple sugar (besides syrup) was the Maple sugar candy. Made of Pure 100% Maple Syrup, the tradition dates back hundreds of years. While many molds have been used, the Maple Leaf is by far still the most popular. This Gift Box comes complete (16) 10.5 gram maple sugar leaves.
