Butterfly Acrylic Router Template

These laser cut acrylic Templates are perfect for creating unique inlays in signs, charcuterie boards and more! These templates are offered in 1/4" Thickness, which is perfect for using as a flush trim router bit. We use a 3/16" or 1/4" Flush Trim Router bit. NOTE: The butterflies antennas are designed to be cut with a chisel or omitted from the design altogether. The antennas are too small of a detail to use a flush trim router bit. The Butterfly profile is approximately 6.25" wide by 4.5" tall. They are reusable and are great for smaller shops! A clear template allows for the perfect placement so you can include specific details in your board. We recommend using this Template Tape to attach our clear templates to wood. We recommend keeping a variety of router bits on hand — this pack is a helpful place to start: Router Template Router Bit Starter Pack. We also recommend keeping a chisel on hand to clean up the tight edges that router bits can't reach. The Template is 7.875" wide by 7.875" tall.
