Active Ingredients: Benzalkonium chloride Inactive Ingredients: Deionized water, emulsifying wax, glyceryl sterate, cetyl alcohol, cycloterasiloxane & cyclopentasiloxane, propylene glycol, benzyl alcohol, caprylhydroxamic acid, glycerin, tea tree oil, triethanolamine, cytric acid Directions for use: Adults and children 2 years of age and older: apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.
