DIRECTION FOR USE: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, twice per day, with 8 ounces of water, to assess tolerance. If well-tolerated continue to 2 capsules twice per day, to assess tolerance. If well-tolerated, continue to 3 capsules twice per day as the maximum dose. BURN RATE is best if taken 30-minutes prior to breakfast and lunch, 3 to 6 hours apart.
