Bunnahabhain Turas 15 Years Math No.1 Single malt Scotch Whisky 111.8 Proof 700ml

Bunnahabhain Turas 15 Years Math No.1 Single malt Scotch Whisky 111.8 Proof 700ml Embark on a remarkable whisky journey with Bunnahabhain Turas Math No.1 15 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky, the inaugural release in the Westering Home Collection. "Turas Math," meaning "the beginning of the journey" in Scots Gaelic, celebrates Bunnahabhain's coastal heritage through an exceptional marriage of casks and craftsmanship. This limited-edition Islay single malt is bottled at a robust 111.8 Proof (55.9% ABV), delivering an elegant balance of rich fruit, warming spice, and signature maritime character. Cask Maturation This 15-year-old expression combines two distinct maturation styles: Fully matured for 15 years in Manzanilla Sherry casks from Jerez. Married with whisky matured in refill casks for 10 years, then finished for 5 years in Amarone wine casks from Italy. The result is a beautifully layered whisky that showcases Bunnahabhain's unpeated spirit with remarkable depth and complexity. Tasting Notes Nose Rich aromas of black cherries, ripe plums, blackberries, roasted nuts, and cloves create an inviting bouquet. Palate Luxurious flavors of cinnamon pastries, treacle toffee, toasted hazelnuts, dried figs, and delicate herbal notes unfold across the palate with a silky mouthfeel. Finish A long, warming finish of baking spices, gentle oak, and Bunnahabhain's signature coastal sea spray leaves a lasting impression.
