Bulk Plastic Float Air Volume Control

Maintain optimal air-to-water ratios in your tank system with Merrill’s Plastic Float Air Volume Control. Designed for use with standard air-over-water pressure tanks. This float seperates the air chamber from the water chamber, using a durable plastic float mechanism to ensure air remains in the tank to greatly increase time before more air should be added to the tank.   Features:   -Air volume seperation for air-over-water pressure tanks, like a typical galvanized tank with no internal diaphragm   -Made of durable plastic approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, for the interior of containers carrying liquids for human consumption   -Corrosion-resistant plastic float for extended durability  -Helps prevent waterlogging and ensures consistent pressure  -Simple installation and no maintenance   -Compatible with most standard galvanized tank systems  Applications:   -Residential and light commercial water systems  -Ideal for maintaining pressure tank efficiency  -Helps extend the life of pumps and reduce cycling
