GORUCK Bulgarian Sandbag

Bulgarian Sandbag The Bulgarian Sandbag combines the versatility of a traditional sandbag with a crescent-shaped design that sits comfortably across your shoulders and neck, making it ideal for squats, carries, and countless other movements. No more awkward balancing acts during high-rep squats or long-distance carries. It sits where it’s supposed to, so you can focus on the work, not the equipment. With three reinforced, padded handles on the top, you can transition seamlessly from squats and lunges to bent-over rows. It’s perfect for those who prefer training in the garage or the great outdoors over a crowded commercial gym. A zipper top with a funnel opening makes filling simple, while a Velcro closure keeps the sand securely contained. Double-pass stitching at every seam reinforces the structure so it can handle heavy training without leaking or failing. Backed by our Scars Lifetime Guarantee.
