Building an Empty Offense & Using WRs at RB

This is Part 3 of an 6-Part Video Series CLICK HERE to see the  whole thing   In 2025, Minnesota State Moorhead finished #2 in passing offense in all of Division 2: 357.4 yards per game, 37 touchdown passes in 11 games, 13 yards per completion, and a top-10 scoring offense. They did it without four-star recruits. Without a blue-chip offensive line. Without the kind of roster that makes coordinators look smart just by showing up. Instead, the offense was built around a few key concepts, and a simple read system that keeps the QB's options wide open while keeping installation time very short. Justin Czech, the QB Coach at MSUM has helped to build a complete, connected offensive system where every concept feeds every other concept, every practice rep is designed to show up on gameday, and every quarterback in the room is graded on decisions (not box scores). And now he's sharing the whole thing in this video series.  Stretching the Field & Creating Open Space: The Complete Series Here's what's included 4 Verticals: Philosophy, Rules & Variations Y Cross - Philosophy, Rules & Variations Building an Empty Offense & Using WRs at RB MSUM Run Game, Quick Game & RPOs MSUM Offensive Philosophy and Development Practices QB Room Culture, Development & Grading Part 3: Building an Empty Offense & Using WRs at RB Topics covered include: Use RPOs to build a dangerous run game from the empty formation, so you always win the numbers game in the box How to build your pass game around your hot routes, so that every blitz is a gift instead of a problem.
