Some Bugs, by Alex Youngman

Poetry, chapbook, 20 pages, from Bottlecap Features. This is a book of poetry. It’s a book of poetry about bugs. It’s also about a lot of other things too, but most of all it’s about bugs. If you like things that make incessant buzzing noises, then this book is for you. If you don’t, there’s probably still plenty in here that you will enjoy. Read this book and learn how to exist in the world with yourself, with each other, and with all of the creepy crawly things that live in the dark and damp places we ignore. Maybe next time you’re about to smack a gnat or step on a cockroach you’ll pause and ask it to sit and chat for awhile. Alex Youngman is a librarian living in Durham, North Carolina. He tries his best to write poetry in his free time.
