Buffet Clarinet E11

The Benchmark First Wooden Clarinet for Aspiring Musicians The Buffet Crampon E11 is globally recognized as the premier introductory wood clarinet, acting as the definitive bridge between beginner synthetic models and advanced performance instruments. Built using traditional French techniques inside Buffet's specialized German workshop in Markneukirchen, the E11 is widely recommended by band directors and private instructors for its free-blowing response, durable build, and legendary playability. Constructed from selected, stained African blackwood (Grenadilla), the E11 offers a focused, resonant, and authentic acoustic warmth that plastic clarinets simply cannot emulate. Outfitted with precision under-cut tone holes for reliable intonation across all registers, fluid silver-plated keywork, and long-lasting double fishskin bladder pads, the E11 provides developing players with a light tactile response and an airtight seal, laying a solid foundation for flawless technical growth. Key Features: Selected Grenadilla Wood Body: Delivers a warm, rich, and highly projected natural wood tone that synthetic composites can't compete with. Free-Blowing Design: Engineered specifically to lower breath resistance, helping intermediate players issue notes smoothly and control pitch effortlessly. Under-Cut Tone Holes: Enhances tuning accuracy, producing clean, stable pitch centers between the chalumeau and altissimo registers.
