Buffalo Chex Alpaca Bed Blanket or Alpaca Throw

Wonderfully warm and beautiful brushed striped alpaca bed blankets. Luxurious alpaca blanket which hugs with amazing softness and warmth! A perfect gift item for weddings and other gift giving occasions. Makes a wonderfully soft couch cuddle blanket!  If your loved one is a blanket hog consider getting two! They will work and feel wonderful for both of you. Though you'll appreciate the luxurious feel of these alpaca blankets, they are also quite durable. We wanted to test our first one for durability so we took it camping. It's been looking and working great for years!  "These are all really pretty. I really like them as I fold them and put them in nice bags for putting into stock. They feel very fluffy and soft." - Paula Materials: 80% alpaca, 20% acrylic. Measures:  Blanket 70" x 94" can fit on beds up to Queen sized mattresses (60 x 80"); Throw size also available: 69" x 58" Care: Gentle machine or hand wash and rinse cold, using light detergent. Line/air dry. Drying in dryer for 5-10 minutes will add to fluff. If ironing desired, iron on low. In 2013 we traveled to Ecuador seeking all things alpaca. These blankets and throws are some of our top finds. They are made by a tiny factory by a family outside of the indigenous town of Otovalo in Ecuador. Otovalo is known for its fiber artists and long proud fabric history.     See more about Ecuador and photos at:  Ecuador Alpaca Tour Also see our Solid Blankets link. or Striped Blankets Link.
