Bucephalandra Red Central

Add deep, darker tones to your planted aquarium. With reddish undersides and broader leaves, Bucephalandra Red Central offers a bolder look compared to smaller, thinner-leaved Buce varieties. Use Buce Red Central in the midground area of an aquascape where its darker foliage can break up groups of brighter green plants and add variation throughout the layout. Its dense growth habit also works well for filling in open spaces where its subtle hints of color can be appreciated viewed up close. Like other Bucephalandra, Red Central grows slowly. This makes it easy to maintain and ideal for low to moderately lit planted aquariums. To boost growth rate and bring out better colors, inject CO2 and use RGB lighting. Plant Care & Information
