Bucephlandra Pink Lady is another species in the Bucephalandra family. Considered to be quite rare, Bucephalandra Pink Lady or just Buce Pink Lady for short is characterized by a soft pink stem with beautiful leaves that vary in different shades. This particular Buce species has the potential to grow larger than a lot of Bucephalandra species. Similar in care to other Bucephalandra species, Anubias species, and aquatic fern species, Bucephalandra Pink Lady is undemanding and does well in a wide range of aquarium tank parameters. Despite its hardy nature, Bucephalandra species do even better when provided with a clean, balanced environment with appropriate aquarium LED lighting, CO2 injection and a regular fertilizing schedule. The ease of care along with a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors makes Bucephalandra a favorite amongst beginner hobbyists and experienced enthusiasts. Bucephalandra Pink Lady, too, can be grown submerged in a planted aquarium tank or kept emersed in terrarium-like setups. Propagation is simple and can be done by gently separating the rhizome and replanting it within the crevice of an aquascape layout or attaching it to aquarium stone or aquarium tank driftwood. Common Name Buce Pink Lady Care Easy Lighting Low to Medium CO2 Recommended Suggested Placement Attach to wood or stone Propagation Separate rhizome Growth Rate Slow Leaf Size 1-3" Our potted plants are kept under strict fertilizer dosing regimes and are provided with CO2 injection in their holding tanks.
