Bubbles

In Migle Kosinskaite’s work, Bubbles shows a figure with a geometric, bird-like mask releasing a stream of bright blue circles. The scene feels imaginative and slightly playful, as if the person is sending small thoughts or breaths of color into the air. The muted grays of the figure make the blue bubbles stand out even more. The background is textured with fine vertical lines that look like rainfall or soft scratches, adding movement without distracting from the main moment. The figure’s sculpted, angular features contrast with the round bubbles, creating a balance between sharpness and softness. The light blue tones around the mouth and mask connect naturally with the floating shapes. At its heart, Bubbles suggests a quiet release - something gentle being let go, shared, or expressed. The artwork feels simple yet full of imagination. And while it stands clearly on its own, the playful calmness fits well within Migle Kosinskaite’s wider body of thoughtful and creative work.
