The Reef Octopus Bubble Blaster 10000 Replacement Impeller is the direct OEM impeller for the HY-10000S skimmer pump, used in the SRO XP8000 and SRO-9000EXT skimmers. If air draw or bubble output has dropped off noticeably, a worn or damaged impeller is the most common cause. Fits: Bubble Blaster 10000 (HY-10000S) skimmer pump Install: direct drop-in replacement, no special tools required Replacing the impeller is almost always cheaper and faster than replacing the whole pump when skim output falls off but the motor itself still runs fine. Compatible with: Bubble Blaster 10000 (HY-10000S) pump, SRO XP8000, SRO-9000EXT.
