BTX BookIT Room Scheduling System The BookIT is a room scheduling and meeting management system. It allows users to schedule and change meetings from their mobile devices, computers, or from the BookIT 7" display screen located outside the meeting room. BookIt is fully integrated with MS Exchange, Office 365, and G Suite, allowing all meetings scheduled to appear across various devices through your email solution. Reduce no shows, eliminate double bookings, and increase meeting efficiency. With the BTX BookIT scheduling system, you can quickly check room availability, secure your meeting space, and manage room scheduling. Simple Design and Operation The BookIT by BTX boasts little to no training necessary with an ultra intuitive user interface and simple to install unit. BookIT's Management Portal makes it easy to manage all of your meeting spaces from smaller (1-2 rooms) to large applications (100+ rooms). The sleek design matches any decor, and the at-a-glance room status (with available, pending, and occupied notification) displays what is happening in real time at the meeting location. Application Features At-A-Glance: Color-coded room status of red, gold, and green lets you immediately know the status of a room. Meeting Room Calendar: See meeting details for any room in the Calendar. Meeting Check-In: If no one checks into the room within the configured amount of time, the room will automatically release for others to use. (This feature can be enabled or disabled at any time) Schedule, Extend, Release, and Delete Meetings: Manage meetings from your phone, computer, or BookIT display in real time for optimum room efficiency. Private Meeting: Show that a room is booked without displaying the subject or who is attending, as well as hide select rooms from public view. Alternate Room Finder: Lets you see the closest available room from the BookIT panel if your desired room is occupied. The BTX BookIT system includes a 7" PoE touch panel device, wall mounting system, BookIT Room Scheduling Software, power adapter (when you don't want to use PoE), and a quick start guide.
