The new BT OrthoCell® Bar Tape introduces a 3mm thickness as a premium option between the popular BT Allroad (2.5mm) and BT Gravel (3.5mm). Unlike typical EVA foam bar tape with a PU top layer, this tape is made entirely from durable OrthoCell® orthopedic foam, offering superior grip without needing an extra protective coating. It’s noticeably lighter—about 40 grams less than the BT Allroad—and delivers lasting performance. OrthoCell® resists compression and maintains its cushioning and support over time, ensuring your handlebars stay comfortable and responsive ride after ride. Thickness of 3 mm No PU top layer – for better long term durability Durable OrthoCell® foam – consistent support that doesn’t collapse eWelded filament surface – added grip without extra layers 40g weight savings vs. BT Allroad Made in Europe Length: 2500 mm BT Bar Tape wrapping Instructions.
