Brute 1976

This special limited edition slipcover (designed by Wes Benscoter) is limited to 1,000 units and is only available on our website and at select indie retailers. Absolutely no major retailers will be stocking them. Launched by Ray Murray, founder of TLA Releasing and Artsploitation Films, Cinephobia Releasing is dedicated to presenting the most eye-opening genre and LGBTQ+ movies from around the world. The label is admittedly schizophrenic: offering both controversial, often sexually provocative dramas, edgy thrillers and uncompromising horror while also showcasing some of the best LGBTQ+ romances and dramas. Expect the unexpected. In 1976, a group of people in the desert for a photo shoot stumble upon an abandoned town called Savage. But they are not alone. A family of masked psychopaths have claimed Savage as their own and are hell-bent on living up to its name. directed by: Marcel Walz starring: Adriane McLean, Sarah French, Gigi Gustin, Dazelle Yvette, Adam Bucci, Mark Justice 2025 / 105 min / 2.35:1 / English DTS-HD 5.1 Additional info: Region A Blu-ray Audio commentary with director Marcel Walz, writer Joe Knetter, actor Robert Felsted Jr., actor Jed Rowen, and actress Dazelle Yvette Behind the Scenes footage Interviews with: producer and actress Sarah French actor Robert Felsted Jr. actor Jed Rowen actress Dazelle Yvette actor Ben Kaplan actor Alex Dundas special make-up effects artist Robert Kern Theatrical Trailer English SDH subtitles
