With a thoughtfully curated blend of 67% Corn, 17% Red Wheat, 8% Rye, and 8% Malted Barley, this uncut and unfiltered whiskey delivers a rich, layered flavor profile that speaks for itself. From the first pour, you’re greeted with warm aromas of freshly baked cherry pie, crisp orchard apples, and buttery movie-theater popcorn. As it opens up on the palate, expect a cascade of indulgent flavors—from spiced snickerdoodle cookies and golden honey to deep oak and toasted grain. The finish is long, luxurious, and memorable, with dark chocolate melting into a touch of cracked black pepper and a smooth, velvety mouthfeel. No two barrels are ever the same, and we like it that way. Each hand-selected barrel is aged between 4 to 7 years, with proofs ranging from 110 to 119. Our team treats every barrel as a one-of-a-kind expression, ensuring that what you’re sipping is as rare and distinctive as the place it came from. This is bourbon meant to be savored—bold in proof, deep in flavor, and crafted with pride.
