Brooks Men’s Ghost 18 White/Black/Open Air

The Brooks Men’s Ghost 18 is a reliable, everyday running shoe designed to deliver a smooth, balanced ride with soft cushioning and consistent comfort. As one of the most trusted neutral trainers in the Brooks lineup, the Ghost series continues to be a go-to choice for runners and walkers who want dependable performance for daily miles. Whether used for running, walking, or all-day wear, the Ghost 18 offers a versatile blend of cushioning, durability, and comfort. At the heart of the Ghost 18 is nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 cushioning, which provides a soft yet responsive feel underfoot. This advanced foam is engineered to absorb impact while maintaining a smooth, energized ride, making it suitable for both short runs and longer training sessions. The cushioning is designed to feel plush without being overly soft, striking a balance that works well for a wide range of runners. The shoe features a 10mm heel-to-toe drop and a well-balanced midsole that promotes smooth transitions from heel strike to toe-off. This helps create a natural and efficient stride, making the Ghost 18 especially appealing for neutral runners who want consistency in their daily training. The engineered mesh upper enhances breathability while providing a secure, comfortable fit. A redesigned knit structure and updated tongue contribute to a more comfortable step-in feel, helping reduce pressure points and improve overall fit. The padded collar and traditional lace-up design ensure the foot stays locked in without feeling restrictive. Underfoot, the durable rubber outsole offers reliable traction and long-lasting wear, making it suitable for road running and everyday use. The outsole design supports smooth transitions and a stable stride, reinforcing the shoe’s role as a dependable daily trainer. With a weight around 10 ounces and a high stack height, the Ghost 18 delivers a cushioned yet stable platform that feels protective without being overly bulky. The Brooks Men’s Ghost 18 is an excellent choice for runners seeking a neutral, cushioned shoe that can handle a variety of distances and activities. With its proven comfort, smooth ride, and versatile design, it remains a staple for everyday performance. Shop our entire Brooks collection.
