Brontë Collection: Thornfield Hall Mahjong Mat

Ready to ship! Inspired by the brooding beauty of Thornfield Hall, this mahjong mat captures the mystery and romance at the heart of Jane Eyre. A smoky blue-green ground is framed by elaborate antique-gold ornamentation, entwined with climbing vines and wild blooms that feel as though they’ve overtaken the walls of the storied estate. Rich, shadowy tones and timeworn details give the design an unmistakably Gothic atmosphere while remaining elegant enough for a beautifully set table. Part of our Brontë Collection, Thornfield Hall invites a little intrigue, romance, and Victorian grandeur into every game. This is a classic 33.5x33.5 inch mat in a high quality and durable neoprene fabric with a rubber backing. It is 2mm thick. The tiles will slide smoothly across without and wrinkling of the mat. The rubber backing keeps it firmly in place and flat. This style of mat also reduces the noise of the Mahjong tiles. It is easily foldable or rolled. Easily cleaned as well. Spot cleaning recommended initially but can be washed on delicate or cold cycle then laid flat to dry. Mat will arrive rolled not folded. Great for other table games like Canasta, Rummikub and Bunko.
