Brompton Internal Gear Hub Cable Anchorage for Sturmey - QGCABANC-SA

Small Part, Essential Shifts This Brompton internal gear hub cable anchorage is the tiny connector that makes your Sturmey Archer hub change gears. It links the rear hub’s indicator chain to the gear cable, fixing cable length and allowing precise indexing on multi-speed Brompton setups. If your original anchor is worn, corroded, or missing after a wheel swap, replacing it restores clean, reliable shifting. It’s also the required piece when moving from an older SRAM/Sachs hub to a Sturmey Archer unit, since the indicator chain threads are different. Small Things – Big Difference Connects the hub gear cable to the indicator chain on Sturmey Archer rear hubs. Crucial for accurate shifting on Brompton bikes with Sturmey Archer internal gears. Includes locknut so you can fine-tune cable tension and then secure it in place. Ideal spare to keep on hand for touring or long commutes where a failed anchor would leave you stuck in one gear. Genuine Brompton part for a correct fit and long-term reliability.
