Bromic Smart-Heat Link RS232 Plugin

The Bromic Smart-Heat Link RS232 Plugin bridges the Bromic Affinity Smart-Heat controller ecosystem with third-party RS232-based building management and AV control systems. For commercial venues using platforms like Control4, Crestron, or AMX, this plugin allows heater control to be fully integrated into the venue's central automation system. The RS232 Link plugs directly into a compatible Affinity Smart-Heat controller and enables bidirectional communication with the control system — sending commands and receiving status feedback — eliminating the need to manage heaters separately from the rest of the venue's automated systems. Key Features RS232 Integration – Enables serial communication between Affinity controllers and RS232-capable control systems. Third-Party Platform Compatible – Works with Control4, Crestron, AMX, and other RS232-enabled AV and BMS platforms. Plug-In Design – Connects directly to the Affinity Smart-Heat controller — no separate power supply needed. Bidirectional Communication – Sends commands to the heater network and returns status data to the control system. Commercial Application – Designed for hospitality venues, restaurants, and commercial buildings with integrated AV systems.
