Broad Meadow - House Plan

The Broad Meadow is a large open concept 5 bedroom country style house plan with an attention grabbing presence.  A side-entry foyer adjacent to the 3 car garage draws you into the home. The front of the home features three indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces: the dining room, the kitchen and the game room. The side spaces feature large bi-fold doors to really open up the rooms during fair weather. The center great room is open to the second story which allows in natural light through high windows on the front façade.  To the rear, a mud room (with built in cubbies) ties the garage to the utility room and laundry.  The primary bed suite finishes off the first floor, in the private rear corner with en-suite bath and a massive walk-in closet with optional door to the laundry room.  Upstairs four secondary bedrooms are arrayed in a mirrored layout with two Jack & Jill privacy bathrooms on either end. Flexible nooks on either side of the stair provide a great space for studying, gaming or socializing.
