Brisket Bath Ancho & Chipotle

Take your brisket to the next level with Sweetwater Spice Ancho Chipotle Brisket Bath Brine Concentrate, a bold beef brine designed to deliver incredible flavor, moisture, and tenderness. Smoked ancho chilies provide a deep, earthy richness, while chipotle chilies bring a warm, smoky heat. Apple juice, tamarind, and brown sugar add just the right amount of sweetness, creating a balanced combination of smoky, sweet, and spicy flavors that perfectly complements beef. Made with brisket in mind, this brine is also excellent for prime rib, strip loin, beef tenderloin, and other cuts of beef. As the meat marinates, the brine helps enhance its natural beefy flavor while keeping it moist and tender throughout the cook. Whether you’re firing up the smoker for an overnight brisket or grilling your favorite cut of steak, Ancho Chipotle Brisket Bath adds another layer of rich BBQ flavor to every bite. Pro Tip: After brining, strain the remaining liquid through a mesh colander to collect the spices. Reapply them to the meat as a wet rub before smoking, or use them as a flavorful binder before adding your favorite dry rub. This helps build an even richer, more flavorful bark. Perfect for: Brisket, prime rib, strip loin, beef tenderloin, and more. Bold smoke. Balanced heat. Seriously flavorful beef.
