Brisket Basket

Built for the Comp Cook. Loved by the Backyard Pitmaster. The Butcher BBQ Brisket Basket — also known as the brisket caddy — was designed with one goal in mind: getting every last point on the competition circuit. In competition BBQ, you eat with your eyes first, and that standard only gets tougher when fractions of a point separate the champions from the rest of the field. Keeping your brisket looking as perfect as possible all the way to the edges is essential. The metal walls of the brisket basket don't damage the meat — they protect it, hold its shape, and promote even cooking throughout the cook. No more ragged flat edges or corners that fall apart before the turn-in box is even opened. Adjustable Fit for Any Brisket The brisket basket features an adjustable width so you can dial in the fit for your specific brisket size. It also sits neatly inside a standard foil pan, making it an ideal tool when you're ready to wrap — keeping your brisket supported and square through the entire foil or butcher paper rest. More Than Just a Brisket Tool The versatility of the brisket caddy makes it a must-have for any serious cook: Direct heat barrier — use the basket as a shield when cooking over direct fire Elevated cooking shelf — raise steaks into a hotter cooking zone within your cooking chamber for a better sear or faster finish Built to Last. Made in the USA. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel and proudly made in the USA, the Butcher BBQ Brisket Basket is built to handle the heat of competition and the demands of years of backyard cooks. Whether you're chasing a Grand Champion trophy or just want your Sunday brisket looking as good as it tastes, this is the tool that delivers.
