Brimstone - Roasted Red Pepper & Tahini (9oz)

🏆 Grand Champion at Sauce King NYC (2022) 🏆 First Place at International Flavor Awards (2022) The Mediterranean just crashed into your hot sauce cabinet. Brimstone is what happens when roasted red peppers meet earthy tahini and fragrant Mediterranean spices. It's rich, smoky, and dangerously smooth, the kind of sauce that doesn't announce its heat upfront. That 6/10 burn sneaks up on you, building slowly with each bite until you realize you're in deeper than you thought. The tahini isn't just for flavor, it gives Brimstone a luxurious thickness that clings to food instead of running off like watery hot sauces. Customers call it their all-time favorite for a reason. Where it shines: Wings - This is wing perfection straight from the bottle (seriously, don't overthink it) Pizza that needs personality Marinades for chicken and pork Roasted or grilled vegetables Mixed with mayo for an instant burger/sandwich sauce Fried eggs that mean business Think of it as the bridge between Middle Eastern flavors and American hot sauce culture. Deep roasted, complex, and award-winning for good reason. Looking to hurt a little more? Check out our extra-hot version, Brimstone Inferno! Refrigerate after opening.
