Brighton House Plan

Waking up in the Brighton is like a dream coming true. Before your day officially starts, you can take some time for yourself. The morning kitchen, located right off the master suite, is where you’ll get your morning coffee. Enjoy that first cup while relaxing in the master suite sitting area. When you feel ready to start your day, you’ll be glad that you have expansive his-and-hers walk-in closets. And there is nothing better than starting the day with a refreshing shower in your elegant walk-in shower. With its unique European styling, the Brighton has stunning curb appeal. However, its beauty isn’t just skin deep. The attention to detail that has been paid to the layout and the flow of this house plan is evident in its livability. Features like the Butler’s Pantry and Kitchen pantry being located between the kitchen and the formal dining area make entertaining especially easy. Not to mention very convenient when bringing in groceries from the 3-car garage. One of the key features of the Brighton is the courtyard design of the back of the home. The large wrap around Solana provides lots of shaded space to sit and admire the golf course views, as this home was originally designed to be built along a golf course. Spending time outdoors is something that can be savored while cooking your meals in your outdoor kitchen with its built-in grill, located off the absolutely huge leisure room, with its retreating glass walls. You won’t know where your home stops and the outdoors begins. Of course the Brighton offers many places to relax inside as well. The grand salon is the perfect place to enjoy some quiet time around the fireplace at night. Or with a few friends having a drink at the wet bar. Only a few steps away from the wine cellar, the dining room and the grand salon will always be a popular spot. Looking beyond all the fun, the Brighton is a surprisingly versatile design. As it is a one story home, with the master suite on the main floor, it is well suited for people with difficulty climbing stairs. It also has four bedrooms, making it a perfect multi-generational house plan. It has plenty of open areas where people can gather, as well as an abundance of secluded areas where people can find more than enough privacy.
