Bright Valley - House Plan

The Bright Valley is a charming, traditional ranch home plan with 3 bedrooms, a 2 car garage and a wide front porch. A traditional bay window in the dining room adds a sense of coziness. The kitchen features lots of light and counterspace as well as a sunlit walk-in pantry that can be configured as needed.  A convenient mud room off of the garage has direct access to the rear yard and features space for built-in cubbies, and access to the laundry room.  The grand vaulted living room centers on the fireplace with optional exposed wood beams and two dormers to let in lots of light.  The primary bed suite is also vaulted with plenty of windows, a walk-in closet that can accommodate an island and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
