Our Brie (5.6 oz) is cave-aged for at least two weeks in our one-of-a-kind cheese cave and is meticulously tended to by hand daily. This is a one-of-a-kind, plant-based gourmet cheese with a creamy and mild center with a bit of funk from the healthy, bloomy rind grown in our cheese cave. On rare occasions, we may run out of our regular wheels of small brie. If this should happen, we substitute the same 5.6 oz portion from our larger brie wheels.  CONTAINS: Tree Nuts (Cashew).
