Bridgestone 221 CB Custom Irons Sets

Bridgestone 221 CB Custom Irons Classic looks. Modern precision. Built just for you. When artistry meets engineering, the result is something special—and the Bridgestone 221 CB Custom Irons are proof. Forged with meticulous Japanese craftsmanship and designed through direct input from Bridgestone’s tour professionals, these irons blend the buttery feel of a true players’ club with just enough forgiveness to keep your confidence soaring swing after swing. This isn’t just another set of irons. It’s an extension of your game—custom-fit, tour-inspired, and purpose-built to deliver the kind of control and feedback that make you fall in love with every pure strike. Designed for the Modern Shotmaker The 221 CB (Cavity Back) irons sit perfectly between Bridgestone’s 221 MB blades and 222 HF forged players-distance irons, offering the ideal blend of precision and playability. They’re made for golfers who love shaping shots and feeling every nuance of impact, but who also appreciate a touch of forgiveness when things aren’t picture-perfect. Every element—from the club’s elegant topline to the carefully milled cavity geometry—has been optimized to help you control trajectory, spin, and launch with laser-like consistency. Compact, confident profile: Thin topline, minimal offset, and a clean muscle cavity design inspire precision and control at address. Forged from premium 1020 carbon steel: This ultra-soft metal gives you that unmistakable “buttery” feel at impact—feedback that tells you exactly where you struck the face. Tour-inspired shaping: Developed hand-in-hand with Bridgestone’s tour staff to deliver a blend of shot control and workability that meets the needs of serious players. Precision in Every Gram The engineering team at Bridgestone didn’t just build a cavity-back—they sculpted one that maximizes performance across the set. Dual-Pocket Milling in the long irons (4-5) redistributes weight low and deep for higher launch and more stopping power. Centered mass progression in the short irons (6-PW) moves weight upward for a more penetrating trajectory and laser-tight distance control. Tour Sole Design: The refined leading and trailing edge relief allows smoother turf interaction through impact, whether you’re taking a crisp divot from the fairway or picking it clean off tight lies. The result? A set that delivers stability when you need forgiveness and precision when you’re hunting pins. The Feel That Defines Bridgestone Forging Ask anyone who’s ever hit a Bridgestone forged iron—there’s something about that sensation at impact. The 221 CB carries that legacy forward. Each head is forged and finished in Japan, where attention to grain structure, surface smoothness, and consistency is treated like an art form. You’ll feel the difference immediately: a dense, soft, perfectly balanced sensation that rewards good contact and gives immediate feedback when you miss. This is the iron you can trust to tell you the truth—while still offering a hand when you need it. Custom-Built to Your Swing The “Custom” in 221 CB Custom Irons isn’t just a label—it’s an experience. At Fairway Jockey, every set is hand-assembled to your specifications, giving you total control over every detail: Choose your shafts (steel or graphite) for the feel and flight you prefer. Dial in lie and loft to optimize trajectory and consistency. Select your grips to match your comfort, control, and hand size. Match your length to your swing posture and tempo. Because when a club fits you perfectly, your swing becomes effortless—and your confidence, unstoppable.
