C-1 Landmine Attachment

This attachment may be small but it packs a big punch when it comes to all of the training options it will add to your rack or rig system. The mounting bracket on this landmine is fully lined in plastic and easily attaches to your 3x3” rack via a quick-release hitch pin for a snug & secure fit that will never scratch your rack. Once attached, just slide a standard Olympic barbell into the tube and you’ve got a wide range of pushes, pulls, and rotational exercises at your disposal—the only limit is your imagination!
