Breton Stripe Shag Mats

Inspired by the high-contrast uniform of French navy seamen in northern France—a knit shirt that was first made chic by fashion designer Coco Chanel—the classic stripe of this easy-care floor mat is reimagined through a tufted texture. Materials: Looped TerraStrand yarns. Resistant to mold, mildew, and chlorine. All shag mats have a sturdy no-slip vinyl backing. Care: Occasionally lift and air out your Shag mat, which allows it, and the surface on which it sits, to ventilate and stay dry. To remove loose dirt, vacuum, shake out, or hose off and hang to dry. In case of spills, blot quickly with a damp, lint-free cloth. Persistent stains may be treated with spot cleaner and wiped with a cloth. To deep clean, hand wash Shag mat with water and gentle detergent, allowing it to air dry completely before replacing. Do not clean with acetone, Pine-Sol, or citrus-based cleaning agents, as they can cause degradation and/or discoloration and do not machine wash.
