Breckenridge Bourbon 750ml

Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey The taste of Breckenridge Bourbon is certainly turning heads.  The unusually high rye content gives it depth and complexity, and earned Breckenridge Bourbon one of just three Gold Medals awarded at the 2011 International Wine and Spirits Competition in the United Kingdom.  With a deep-amber hue and notes of pepper and toasted sesame, the bourbon also won the Double Gold Medal at the Denver International Spirits Competition in 2012 and scored 96 points - one point above Pappy Van Winkle's 23 year-old bourbon - at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge in New York City. Besides our unique high-rye mash bill we owe our success to careful mingling of casks at each bottling and the perfect Breckenridge snowmelt water used for proofing. The natural minerality of our water source ensures the luscious mouth-feel, depth of flavor, and long finish making Breck Bourbon one of the very best Whiskeys in the World. On the body, lots of sherry character, a big orange bomb backed up by wood notes, caramel, and hints of molasses. Definitely a worthwhile bourbon." — DrinkHacker "Full of character, big-hearted, chewy bourbon where honey and cocoa thrives and spices make a telling impact. Definitely worth buying. — The Whisky Bible
