Breath Work Herbal Tea

An herbal tea blend that supports lung health, clears congestion, and benefits the  immune system. Great for seasonal wellness or after exposure to dust and smoke. A loose-leaf tea blend in a 1.25 oz rice paper bag. Ingredients:  Marshmallow leaf, mullein, lemon balm, elderflower, peppermint, nettle. All organic ingredients. Caffeine Free.   Serving: 1 tsp of herbs per 8oz of boiling water (200°F/90°C). Cover and steep 5-15 minutes; strain and enjoy tea.
