Breakfast Sausage Links

The same recipe as our original rope sausage, but in a smaller size. A delicious way to start the day, our breakfast links come in three flavors: Original, Apple Maple, and Newswanger's. Fire up the griddle and listen to them sizzle while sipping your morning coffee. 17 links to a pack, 1 lb per pack. Our sausage is leaner than most and made with ingredients of the highest quality. Lightly spiced, we use belly fat, the sweetest, best fat on the hog to add a depth of flavor not found in other sausages. Our Newswanger's Sausage uses pork butts and brown sugar for nice blend of spice with flavor. Want to try all three flavors? Try the Breakfast Links Sampler: one pack of each flavor (Original, Apple Maple, and Newswanger's) for one discounted price!
