12 oz. Bag - Brazil Roast

Our Brazil Roast originates in the Mogiana Region of Brazil, which is split between the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais. The beans are farmed under the guidance of the Cooperativa de Cafeicultores e Agropecuaristas (COCAPEC), which was founded in 1985 and works in partnership with its members to guarantee consistent coffee quality. The high elevations of the Mogiana create an optimal altitude and temperature for harvesting coffee beans, and the region has an average annual production of more than one million bags of coffee. The natural milling and patio drying processes of the Mogiana produce a sweetly mild tasting coffee with hints of hazelnut and orange zest. Note: A 12 oz. bag of our Brazil Roast produces approximately 10-12 cups of coffee. Please allow 3-5 days for the processing of your order.
