SHIPPING Orders before noon on Monday will arrive the same week. Local orders made before Wednesday will arrive the same week COFFEE This Brazil is what you want to wake up to in the morning.  Coffee: Brazil Tasting: comforting, nutty, and chocolatey. Roast: Dark Note: We put a lot of work into coffee purchasing and roasting to make sure that "dark roast" means "roasty", extra developed, and rich not ashy, stick-like, and thin.    PURCHASING  Relational trade via Ally Coffee, Onyx Coffee, and Catalyst Trade. We've built great relationships with importers who work year after year directly with farmers. Fair Trade only ensures a basic wage that is barely above the cost of production. However, purchasing with the importers we work with, pays a wage that goes beyond "skimming by". The wages we pay give farmers the ability to invest in their farms, yield better products, and become more sustainable both financially and environmentally in the long term. To learn more about our purchasing practices, contact us at any time. We would love to share how your customers, you, and everyone else in this chain are playing a role not only in doing what's right but also in making this industry better!
