Bravissimo

Parisi Coffee's Bravissimo is a masterfully balanced blend that marries the clean sweetness of Central American beans with the bright complexity of African origins. The result is an espresso that performs beautifully across multiple brew methods, from your morning cappuccino to an afternoon cold brew. Tasting NotesBravissimo opens with rich chocolate and truffle-like sweetness that coats the palate with a creamy, full body. The profile develops into darker cocoa tones before finishing with a bright pop of dark berry—think blackberry or black currant—that keeps each sip lively without overwhelming the chocolate foundation. The acidity is present but gentle, making this an approachable coffee that still offers enough complexity to keep experienced palates engaged. Brew MethodsThis blend truly shines as espresso, where the creamy body stands up beautifully to milk in cappuccinos and lattes. The chocolate-forward profile also makes Bravissimo an excellent choice for pour over methods like V60 or Chemex, where the berry notes become more pronounced. It's equally delicious as cold brew—the extended extraction time amplifies the truffle sweetness while maintaining that signature dark berry finish. French press drinkers will appreciate the full body and balanced character that comes through in a longer immersion brew.
