Brain Cactus | Stenocactus Multicostatus

The Master of Geometric Texture  If you appreciate the "architecture" of nature, the Stenocactus multicostatus is a must-have. This cactus is renowned for having an exceptionally high number of thin, wavy ribs—sometimes up to 100 or more on a single plant! These narrow, undulating ridges give it a "brain-like" or "accordion" appearance that is unlike any other succulent. Between the waves, small clusters of spines emerge, creating a beautiful contrast against the deep green skin of the plant. You will receive one plant in a 3" nursery pot.  LIGHT: Full sun for a minimum of 6 hours a day.  WATER: Allow soil to dry completely between thorough waterings.  CARE LEVEL: Beginner PET-SAFE: Pet safe!    Note: Images are a representation of the plant you will receive. Each plant is unique, and small variations in leaf and plant size, color, etc. is to be expected.
