Braided Wall Pocket

The Ferm Living Braided Wall Pocket transforms functional storage into sculptural wall art through its elongated, canoe-inspired form that gracefully combines handwoven rattan craftsmanship with practical organization solutions for modern living. This isn't just another storage basket - the Braided Wall Pocket represents the perfect marriage of Scandinavian design principles with artisanal technique, where natural rattan fibers are meticulously hand-braided around a sturdy iron structure to create both visual warmth and lasting durability. The curved, organic silhouette adds sculptural interest to any wall while the elongated 75x14cm format provides generous storage capacity for a wide range of items. Whether you're organizing toys and accessories in a child's room, storing mail and keys in an entryway, displaying dried flowers or plants as living wall art, or creating stylish storage solutions in hallways that need both function and beauty, the Braided Wall Pocket delivers exceptional versatility while adding natural texture and contemporary elegance to your space. This wall-mounted storage solution demonstrates the thoughtful engineering that makes handwoven rattan genuinely beautiful while providing the structural integrity needed for reliable everyday use. The iron reinforcement frame ensures the pocket maintains its shape and supports weight without sagging, while the natural rattan exterior offers tactile appeal and visual warmth that complements both modern and traditional interiors. Built-in hanging loops make wall mounting simple and secure, requiring only basic hardware for installation on any wall surface. At 29.5 inches wide, 5.5 inches high, and 5.5 inches deep, the pocket provides substantial storage capacity while maintaining a sleek profile that doesn't overwhelm smaller spaces. As a handbraided piece, slight variations in color, shape, and weave pattern occur naturally, ensuring each pocket is subtly unique and adding to the authentic, artisanal character that makes handcrafted pieces so appealing. Ferm Living, based in Copenhagen, designs with balance, simplicity, and soul through their commitment to creating storage solutions that prove organization can be both practical and beautiful. The Braided Wall Pocket reflects the brand's passion for pieces that bring natural materials and traditional craftsmanship into contemporary homes while solving real-world storage challenges with style and sophistication. Not only do they create exceptional wall storage that works beautifully alone, but they also offer complete collections of organizational solutions, furniture, and accessories all designed to work harmoniously together. Through handwoven rattan construction, thoughtful proportions, and that distinctly Danish approach to balancing functional necessity with aesthetic beauty, Ferm Living helps you build organized spaces that feel personal, warm, and deeply considered while bringing the honest beauty of natural materials and artisanal craftsmanship into the practical moments of daily life and home organization.
