Dark Brown Medium-Thick Super Glue [Pro Kit] — Fill Walnut Knots & Cracks

Optimized for Concealing Imperfections and Coffee-Toned Repairs *Note: Please note that pairing with Accelerator is required for fast curing time Starbond® Dark Brown Medium-Thick Super Glue is a rubber-toughened adhesive designed for filling, concealing, and bonding wood imperfections with a natural, coffee-brown finish. Ideal for woodworkers and DIY enthusiasts, this glue seamlessly blends into darker woods like walnut, making repairs nearly invisible. It also adds contrast to lighter woods, giving inlays and accents a polished, professional appearance. How does Dark Brown Medium-Thick compare to Brown Medium? While both adhesives share the ability to blend with wood tones, their differences lie in color and viscosity. Dark Brown Medium-Thick dries to a rich coffee hue, perfect for larger voids and gaps in darker woods. Brown Medium, on the other hand, dries to a lighter amber shade, ideal for smaller cracks and precise detailing in lighter materials. With a medium-thick viscosity, this dark brown CA glue ensures reliable gap-filling for repairing bug holes, knots, and inclusions. The thicker consistency prevents dripping, even on vertical surfaces, and allows for precise adjustments with a working time of 30-40 seconds. Looking for even faster results? Use Starbond® Accelerator to dramatically reduce curing time and secure instant, durable bonds. Bonding Tip: Lightly sand or scuff smooth surfaces before applying the glue. This increases surface area and enhances adhesion. Used For: Filling cracks, knots, and voids in wood for seamless, natural repairs. Highlighting inlays and creating contrast on lighter woods. Concealing imperfections in dark woods like walnut. Bonding closely-fitted parts in woodworking and general repairs.
