A: Absolutely! The last thing we want is for you to receive your item and then it not fit and you not to be completely happy with it. As long as it is in the same condition as when you received it and not worn or washed at all, then you are good to go. Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNING OR EXCHANGING AN ITEM? A: Nope! We offer FREE RETURNS and EXCHANGES… Yes, you heard right, FREE! As long as your item is in the same brand new condition as you received it, then your item will qualify. For more information or how to begin a return, please check out our Returns policy page. Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT? A: We try our best to process your order and deliver it to the carrier within 1-2 business days of you placing the order. With the standard shipping methods that we use, I would say you should generally expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days. Q: DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING? A: I’m glad you asked, and yes we sure do! For all domestic, United States orders totaling $50.00 or more, you automatically qualify. No discount needed at checkout, it will automatically be applied to your cart. Q: WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO REACH YOU IF I HAVE QUESTIONS? A: We are very easy to get ahold of, and there are several ways that you can do it. First, you can reach us via email at info@flatslandclothing.com  or via telephone at 850-228-9259.
