In the vast fashion collection of the Peabody Essex Museum, there is a gown worn and donated by Isabella Stewart Gardner. We collaborated with BoutiqueByMariam, a handbag textile maker, to recreate the gown's beadwork and embroidery on handbags and velvet boxes. The velvet was hand-dyed to match the original gown, and the beadwork and embroidery is a virtual reproduction. Crafted sustainably and ethically in India in very limited quantities, each piece is made by hand. --- Handmade in India Box measures 4"W x 3"H x 4"D
