BowString Maker’s Wax

This pine pitch/beeswax blend is a perfect wax for both modern and primitive bow strings. This is what Ryan Gill uses to waterproof his sinew strings, and also keep all the strands tight on his customer’s modern strings.   Just peel the paper cup off the wax and it’s ready to use by vigorously rubbing onto the stretched string. It is heat activated and will soften with the friction against the bow string to seep deeper into the fibers for great, long lasting results.
