Bowl/Bench Scraper

Handcrafted in Alaska, this scraper is designed asymmetrically for multiple functions, including a flat beveled edge for dividing and shaping dough and two different angled curves to fit the angles of common mixing bowls, including our own 11” Alaskan Birch Wood Mixing Bowls. Assorted Woods - Cherry, Maple, Walnut, Hickory “Bench” is the term used to describe the surface on which dough is handled. This is often a kitchen counter! A portion of all profits at Frontiersman Sourdough are donated to environmental conservation in Alaska.
