Boundaries, Communication & Living True

Do you say "yes" even when your gut is saying "no?" Do you often drop your own plans to help others? If a friend takes advantage of you, do you side-step the necessary conversation? Do you do everything for yourself, by yourself?  As a psychotherapist, Terri Cole has helped thousands who've come to her with anxiety, exhaustion, relationship problems, and more. What might surprise you is the root cause that turns up again and again: Unhealthy boundaries. So many of us—especially women in our culture—over-give, say "yes" to any request, or hide our true feelings to avoid conflict. And it's just as bad on the flip side: When you shut out the needs of others with knee-jerk "no's" and other walls, you're also closeting your true self. So, what works? Terri Cole calls it being a Boundary Boss—someone who engages with the world in a flexible and healthy way.  When you're a Boundary Boss ... You naturally speak your truth with ease.  You calmly and confidently express yourself in your relationships.  You have total clarity about what you do and don't want in every area of your life. With Boundaries, Communication, and Living True, invites you to gain these skills.  Over three weeks, you'll join Terri online in six deep-dive sessions of practical learning, activities, and real-world "conversation training." Are you ready to start living true, free, and connected? If so, please join us.
