Bound to the Demon

SHE'D LOST HER MATE FOREVER. A DEMON WASN'T GOING TO TAKE HIS PLACE.     JUST THE DEMON'S MEANS TO AN END. Demons and Dardaptoan vampires have fought each other for centuries.  Rathan, King of the Demons, leads the fight. He'll have vengeance for the four young women killed at the vampires' hands just days earlier. They had been…family to the demon king. And he had loved them. Their deaths would not go unpunished. When a vulnerable, fragile female Dardaptoan practically falls into his lap, he plans to take full advantage. He is the king of the Incubi, after all, and she seems so very, very tasty... That she is connected to his enemies makes her so much sweeter. DEAL WITH THE DEVIL.  Kindara has no choice but to make a devil's bargain with the most seductive creature she has ever seen. He is almost enough to make her forget the pain she has lived with for nearly three decades. Almost enough to make her feel something—anything—for a male again. Almost. Then the stakes rise so high she has no choice but to turn to him, to trust him to protect her in a world far unlike the only one she has ever known. The fate of his kingdom and her people depend on them both. If they don't succeed, Kindara and the daughter she loves so much could be the next ones lost. And Rathan will lose the female he's waited centuries to find...   Previously published in 2013 as Awakening the Demon's Queen, book 5 in the Dardanos series of paranormal romances. It has now been updated and expanded.
