Boukman Cuvée Ambrée Rum

Boukman Cuvee Ambre Rum offers a vibrant exploration of Caribbean rum-making traditions in a single glass. Created in collaboration with French rum master Alexandre Vingtier, this spirit captures the essence of a tropical "fruit bomb" through purely natural means. The blend begins with Haiti's traditional clairin—an artisanal spirit distilled from fresh cane juice—and layers in distinct rums from the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, finished with the rich complexity of Martinique's grand arôme. On the palate, you will discover intense notes of ripe mango and pineapple, achieved without artificial flavors or caramel coloring. Sitting in the demi-sec category with just 8g of sugar per liter, the taste is lush and approachable yet refreshingly balanced, never cloying. It serves as an exceptional base for elevated cocktails, though its intricate character shines equally well when poured neat or over ice.
